Diagnostic Evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
We provide comprehensive developmental evaluations for young children ages 1-3 when there are concerns about the possibility of Autism Spectrum Disorder. During the evaluation, we assess your child’s skills in a variety of areas, including:
social communication skills
play and problem-solving
language
small and large motor skills
social-emotional functioning
daily living skills
Please ask your Primary Care Provider (PCP) or early intervention (EI) provider to fill out and fax the referral form. Once your referral form is received, we will be in contact with you to complete the intake documents and to schedule the evaluation.
